Situated in the heart of Collingwood’s vibrant & eclectic Smith street, Maha Bar is a Melbournian expression of a meze bar. At Maha Bar you can find bespoke cocktails with a Middle Eastern soul & a meze focused share style food menu that lets you explore as many snack items as you can handle.
On our seasonal menu you can expect to find an extensive list of vegan, non-vegan dishes allowing you to create your own food journey with both snack items at the bar or larger shared items in generous Delia Group tradition. Maha Bar’s diverse small & large meze items are seasonal & produce driven while bringing all the hallmarks of Shane’s unrestricted Middle Eastern style cooking.
Staying true to neighbourhood values, our sommeliers work with local & international suppliers to hand-pick wines that have an organic & biodynamic focus, including some of the best producers from around the world. Our bar will be serving Middle Eastern inspired house cocktails, infused araks, rakis along with all your favourite classics making sure your time with us is time well spent.
